Volume vågsurfingbräda Hybrid-X HDT
Hybrid X är en bräda som erbjuder mycket performance men i ett väldigt lättsurfat format. Shapad av Richie Lovett, meriterad från världstouren. Brädan är väldigt lättpaddlad men när man är uppe på vågen så har den mer egenskaper av en shortboard än en midlength. Lite beroende på vilken storlek man väljer.
Samma shape som CSE varianten men här i den mycket tåliga och prisvärda HDT konstruktionen.

NSP Volume Hybrid-X HDT Design
The design goal with the Hybrid-X was to create a board that paddled into waves really easy, then once up and riding, the back half of the board performs like a high performance shortboard. The tail measurement on this model is narrower compared to the Hybrid and Hybrid+, so when your back foot is planted over the fins, it will respond and turn on demand and also hold-in nicely when the waves are steeper and more powerful.
The entry rocker has been relaxed to allow for quicker start-up acceleration and speed from the take-off. This design tweak is also a bonus when the waves are flatter, and you have to work the board for speed. Lastly, the concaves have been softened to enhance the feelings of predictability and flow when transitioning from rail-to-rail.
Construction
Built in HDT, this surfboard features a fully moulded, water-resistant SecureCell EPS core, military-grade fiberglass and epoxy resin all precision-moulded for consistent flex and strength. This ensures the board delivers durability, performance, and value while maintaining the responsive, high-performance feel of the Volume Hybrid X.

This model is also valid as a travel companion for shredders not wanting to compromise on a performance approach to wave riding.
Richie Lovett is a former pro surfer turned surfboard designer and shaper, combining his decades of experience to create surfboards that perform at every level. After a successful 10 years on the elite World Championship Tour, he developed a deep understanding of how and why surfboards work, refining his knowledge alongside some of the best in the industry.
In 2005, severe medical issues forced Richie to relearn how to surf, giving him a new perspective on board design. This journey pushed him to explore all types of shapes, and core focus on making surfing easier, more fun, and highly satisfying for everyday surfers, which ultimately leading Richie to launch Volume Shapes.
