JP Super Sport – Slalom feel for everyone

JP Super Sport is developed for sailors who want really high speed without having to sail on a pure WC slalom board.
The boards release early, accelerate quickly and fly stably over both flat water and chop. The comfortable, centered stance makes it easy to maintain high speed, and thanks to the fine control, the top speed is often higher than on pure slalom boards for most recreational sailors. The thin rails and lower tail volume mean that the board can be easily edged up and cut into powerful jibes with nice speed out of the turn. The shape is based on JP's slalom concept but is adapted for more easy-sailing freerace performance. The short and compact outline, parallel sides and deck recess at the mast base provide fast planing and confident control. Adjusted bottom curve and V-flow provide a high water position and a loose, comfortable ride. The tail design combines width for good acceleration with cutouts for clean release and easy-to-trim behavior even at high speed.
The Super Sport has a full wood sandwich bottom, parabolic rail reinforcement, Innegra nose, G10 fin and is approved for foiling.
