Dugong is a wave fin for windsurfing in places where there is a problem with seaweed. It is developed from the popular Rocket fin, so speed, height tagging and maneuverability are top class. Dugong rear works for both Twin and Quad setups. Also works great as a thruster or why not as a single fin on your wave ice!
