Oakley's new WTR Icon surf helmet is a groundbreaking innovation for water sports, especially surfing. It combines high safety, advanced technology and lightweight design. The helmet is equipped with an ABS shell for durability, D3O® material for shock absorption, and is EN1385 certified for white water with a 4-star rating from Virginia Tech. Weighing only 348 grams dry and 364 grams wet, it offers a natural feel in the water. In addition, the helmet has undergone rigorous environmental testing to resist UV radiation and corrosion. The product development involved over 30 surfers and 52 patent applications have been filed - a record for Oakley.
