Rip Curl's Flashbomb and Fusion 2026 wetsuit series

In the store in Varberg we are currently unpacking this year's wetsuits from Rip Curl. Janne has taken a closer look at two of the models that many people are asking about right now - Flashbomb and Fusion.

Flashbomb is the suit for those who want maximum warmth and quick drying time. It is equipped with Rip Curl's well-known Flash Lining that transports water away and makes the suit dry quickly between sessions. Also new is that fusion technology is used on large parts of the seams. The material is soft and flexible, which provides good mobility in the water, while the seams and panels are built to stay tight when the temperature drops.

Fusion is a more robust alternative where durability and warmth are the focus. Here, the panels are joined in a way that minimizes water penetration and provides a very stable construction.
